At the White Horse View venue in Westbury, Wiltshire.
what time does the event start and finish?
Doors open at 6:30 pm the ceremony starts at 7:30 pm and finishes approximately 10 pm with the after-Award Party commencing at 10:30 pm at the same venue, entrance free to all attending this event if you want to attend the afterparty only there is a £10 charge

Who can be nominated?
Anyone involved in Music based in Wiltshire and primarily active within the county can be nominated this includes, Bands, Duo, solo artists, and DJs, tribute artist acts, instrumentalist, music promoters and venues.
when do nominations open and close?
Nominations open on the 1st of May 2026 and close on the 10th of June 2026
How do I nominate someone?

can I nominate in more than one category?
Please ensure that you submit a nomination for each category. If you are unsure who to nominate in a particular category or do not personally know someone suitable, we encourage you to consult with friends, family, or colleagues and enter their name accordingly.
can I nominate myself or my own group?
Yes, self-nominations are welcomed and encouraged.
who decides the winner?
Once all nominations have been counted, the top five in each category will proceed to a judging panel. The panel will review the shortlisted entries and select one winner and one runner-up for each category.
The decision of the judging panel will be final.

Yes, absolutely. You do not need to be a professional or have experience in the events industry to get involved. We are always looking for enthusiastic volunteers to support the event. Organising an event of this scale requires a great deal of planning and teamwork, and anyone interested in helping with the organisation or running of the event would be very welcome.
